Policies
Mojave Rain is not offering refunds for services or returns for retail at this time. You must have a credit card on file to secure appointments with our providers. Stylist’s that are freelancers, run their own business and may have policies that differ from Mojave Rain. Please reach out to your stylist to learn about individual policies. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you cancel more than one appointment in a row, you will be asked to put down a 50% non-refundable fee to reserve an appointment.
Cancellations
Color, Chemical and Extension Appointments : 24 hour Cancellation Policy
You may change or cancel your color appointment by either speaking with us on the phone or emailing us 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Leaving a voice message will not qualify as a valid cancelation request, please email us as a notice of your request. Cancelations or changes made less than 24 hrs. in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. This policy is in place as color appointments require an extensive amount of time reserved on our stylists schedules and may not be filled upon late cancellations.
Haircut Appointments : 24 hour Cancellation Policy
You may change or cancel your haircut appointment by either speaking with us on the phone or emailing us 24hrs prior to your appointment time. Leaving a voice message will not qualify as a valid cancelation request, please email us as a notice of your request. Cancelations or changes made less than 24 hrs in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No Show Charge
If you do not arrive to your appointment you will be charge 50% of your appointment fee.
All appointments that are scheduled qualify for the cancellation fee.
Late Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and we can assist you in being ready for your service.
We know that unexpected things happen, if you’re running late please notify us by calling the salon. If you arrive more than 15 min past your appointment time, this may result in adjusting your appointment to a shorter service, in this case your service total will reflect the full amount of the appointment you have scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, this could also result in the need to reschedule your service for a later date, in this case you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
